What is Forward and Forget?

Forward and Forget is your family's Chief of Staff. You forward any school, sports, or activity email to us — and we read it, pull out the important details, and add the event directly to your Google Calendar. You get a confirmation by email and text when it's done. No app. No login. No extra steps.

How does it work?

Simple. Forward any email to a designated Forward and Forget email. That's it. We handle the rest.

What kind of emails can I forward?

School newsletters, coach emails, activity schedules, field trip notices, appointment reminders, signup deadlines — anything with a date, a time, or a "don't forget." If it's calendar-worthy, we'll catch it.

What if the email is just a promo or school fundraiser?

We'll read it and let you know there was nothing calendar-worthy in it. Your calendar stays clean.

Does it work with PDF attachments?

Yes. If the details are in an attached PDF — permission slips, school calendars, flyers — we read those too. You don't have to do anything different.

Does this work with my calendar?

Right now Forward and Forget works with Google Calendar. If you use Gmail, you're ready to go.

Is there an app to download?

No. That's the point. Nothing to download, nothing to learn, nothing to log into. Just forward and forget.

Is my information safe?

Your privacy is personal to me — not just a policy. I'm a former Army Intelligence Officer with a Top Secret security clearance. We do not store your email content after parsing. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Who built this?

I did. I'm Lacey — a full-time working mom, Army veteran, and the founder of Forward and Forget. I built this because I missed my son's pajama day at school. I'm the developer, the front office, and the back office. When you have a question or a problem, you're talking to me.
